We do our best to provide both high-quality products and service. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return or exchange your order, we would be happy to assist you. Please follow the guidelines below or contact us directly.

Cancellations: To cancel your order, contact us immediately. Custom orders are final sale.

Returns/Exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt. This excludes custom orders. Before returning your purchase you must email or phone and receive authorization by Narrow-Gauge Designs.

Repairs: Extreme care is taken while hand making your items, but we are not perfect. If for some reason an issue occurs, we stand by our work and will accept repairs within three months of purchase. Although our jewelry is made to last, we can not assume responsibility for the love it may endure once it leaves our studio. Thank you for understanding.

Please understand the handmade nature of our products and the natural wear and tear that can come with loving a piece of jewelry as much as we hope you will. Many gems are solid and ready for anything. Others have been through processes to make those brilliant colors or polishes that you fell in love with - so fading could happen. Luckily, the stone underneath is still beautiful all on its own. Each of our bracelets is unique and handmade one-by-one. Sizing is approximate and no two bracelets are exactly alike.
